Our story
Most projects fail in the gaps between contractors. We built Woods Genie to close them.
Most commercial projects are split between a civil contractor, an interior firm and a furniture supplier. Each works to its own drawings and schedule — and the client is left to coordinate the gaps: a ceiling that clashes with the lighting, workstations that don't match the power points, a handover that keeps slipping.
Woods Genie was set up to remove those gaps. We plan the structure, the interior and the furniture as one project, with one team responsible from the first site survey to the final snag list.
